NGO-CEDAW has submitted a shadow follow-up report to the UN.  Shadow follow up report for Cambodia by NGO-CEDAW Jan. 2016.

The reports concern government efforts to address sexual violence during the Khmer Rouge period, violence in conflict situations (including times of political tension and land protests), and prosecuting violence against women, particularly domestic abuse and rape.
