Job Description

  • Ensure that the outputs of the project will be achieved according to the budget and
    timeframe and responsible for project financial management;
  • Involving in project design, planning, implementation, monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation
    of all NGO-CEDAW’s projects as required;
  • Involving in preparing annual, six- monthly and quarterly reports as required from donors
    and the government;
  • Involving in conducting relevant research;
  • Provide capacity building and coaching to CSO coalition members, partners, and other
    target beneficiaries on the topics relating to gender, CEDAW, and gender-based violence;
  • Organize and facilitate training workshops, meetings, seminars, and conferences with CSO
    coalition members, partners, and different stakeholder institutions, including the preparation
    of events documents and minutes;
  • Engage with CSO coalition members and partners in the CEDAW monitoring, join lobbying
    and advocacy activities;
  • Coordinate promotional events related to women’s empowerment and gender equality;
  • Develop a communication strategy and materials for the campaigns, including social media;
  • Maintain database of CSO coalition members list and contact up to date;
  • Keep all members informed of issues related to women’s rights and NGO-CEDAW’s
    activities through social media and regular communications;
  • Building and managing relationships with CSO coalition members, partners, government
    agencies and donors;
  • Represent NGO-CEDAW at various conferences, forums, meetings and training;
  • Perform other work-related duties to support the attainment of the NGO-CEDAW’s mission,
    vision and goal.

Job Requirements

– Cambodian Nationality;
– Minimum (5) years experience working in networking and communication roles with non-
governmental organizations or equivalent;
– Demonstrated commitment to the promotion of women human’s rights and gender equality;
– Command knowledge of project management such as project planning, implementation,
monitoring and evaluation;
– Demonstrated experiences in managing and developing promotional offline and online
campaigns include using digital media tools for content creation and dissemination;
– Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse, membership-driven network and its allies;
– Excellent administrative skills, flexibility, and ability to perform multi-tasks, having strong
problem-solving and decision-making attitude, able to work under pressure and meet tight
deadlines;
– Strong teamwork and coordination skills;

– Excellent command of spoken and written English, ability to do some translation and act as
interpreter between Khmer and English;
– Proficiency in ICT skills and tools in using online sharded platforms, meetings and
designing tools.
– Ability to learn quickly and work independently, without supervision.

Salary range: $750-$840
Benefits: Thirteen-month salary, seniority, NSSF, and health insurance.
