👉 This is the fourth year that @ NGO-CEDAW and @RULErs have co-organized a university debate to give young people the opportunity to raise idea and debate on the topic of women and gender!
This year’s theme is: “Women and Gender Stereotypes in the 21st Century”.

Who can apply:
– A student studying for a bachelor’s degree.
– A student living in Phnom Penh.
– Have a basic understanding of public speaking and debate.
– Interested in learning more about gender issues in Cambodia.
– Highly committed to attending the provided sessions organized by the team.

Benefits:

– A deeper understanding of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
– In-depth analysis of gender issues, including solutions and tips for public debate.

Note:
Applications are selected individually, but we will arrange the selected candidates by team for the debate day.
Inexperienced youth are encouraged to apply for this university debate.

– Qualifying Result Announcement: On August 2, 2024
– Interview: On August 11, 2024
– Final Result Announcement: On August 18, 2024
