Open Institute collaborate with National Leagues Commune/Sangkat organized in two days training on “Access to Information with Gender Perspective Approach” on 29-30 August  2012.  21 participants are youth network member from KYSD and PHD and student from 11 Universities in Phnom Penh, 6 participant are Commune counselors from Siem Reap, Battambong, and Kandal Province and 3 participants are staff from KYSD and PHD.
