On Wenesday 5th February 2025, NGO-CEDAW has successfully coordinated a Consultative Workshop on CEDAW Annual Monitoring Report 2024. Civil society members and partners were invited and 22 CSOs were there to discuss on the 3 main activities below:
– The 2024 Annual CEDAW Monitoring Report will discuss new violations that occurred in 2024 and issues for which new evidence or research became available in 2024.
– Choose key topics to include in the 2024 Annual CEDAW Monitoring Report
– Form working groups and begin planning your input
During this workshop, all CSOs had an opportunity to share among others on the issues of violence against women, girls, GBV, and more deepening on the target group whom they are working with.
