National League of Commune/Sangkat in cooperation with Open Institute, a member of The Cambodian NGO Committee on CEDAW (NGO-CEDAW), organized a 2-day training course, March 21-22, 2012, on “Gender-Based Right to Information” for commune council members and officers from a number of institutions and NGOs. The training was funded by Open Society Institute, New York (OSI-NY). It was held at the office of Open Institute and facilitated by Advocacy and Policy Institute (API).
