Over 300 Beoung Kak and Borei Keila representatives as women and children, on September 19 2012, has sent the petition to country director of World Bank office in Cambodia and president of European Union to Cambodia. The purpose was to ask both institutions to push the Royal Government of Cambodia to release the two women who are the Beoung Kak and Borei Keila representatives from prison. The two women are Ms. Tim Sak Mony and Ms. Yaom Bopha.
