National League of Commune/Sangkat with the cooperation with Open Institute has hosted a 3-day training, from June 19 to 21, on information disseminating through Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Open Institute office to Commune-Sangkat councils in order to enhance the ability in collecting and disseminating information to their own local people. Speaking in the opening training ceremony, Ms. Chhim Manavy, director of Open Institute, stated that this training is very crucial for those Commune-Sangkat councils in their everyday news task.
