A 41-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for sexually abusing a 5-year-old-girl while she bathed in the Bassac River in Kandal province’s Koh Thom district, police said.
The suspect, Loeng Se, is accused of inappropriately touching and molesting the girl as she bathed yesterday morning in a part of the river that was about 20 meters from her home, district police chief Muy Chanpech said.
