Takeo Provincial Court on Monday charged a 40-year-old man for raping his 7-year-old niece while other family members were out of the home cultivating rice, officials said. The victim was raped twice in the past week, Angkor Borei district police said.  “The suspect raped the girl when she was playing.. behind her grandparents’ home.” deputy district police chief Ouk Saraph said yesterday, adding that the suspect, Mam Chhoeun, was mechanic and farmer.
